The participant was parts of the Danish & Pakistani community, ambassadors, diplomats also former members of parliament & Danish ambassadors & former Danish ambassador to Pakistan, Uffe Wolffhechel and Anders Hougaard, as well as Trade & Investment Counsellor Ahsan Riaz Chaudhary and from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Thomas Lehmann participated in the reception.

The Ambassador Shoaib Sarwar welcomed the guests and thanked them for being part of the reception and said it’s a great achievement for us that Pakistan has been elected for the 8^th time as a non-permanent member of the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) for the term 2025-2026, receiving an overwhelming support in the elections held by the UN General Assembly ceremony in New York.
