Keep foreign healthcare professionals in Denmark. They want to work,

We propose that foreign healthcare professionals who are in Denmark on a temporary visa are not automatically deported if they have not yet obtained authorization and a job. Many nurses, doctors and dentists come here with their families and a hope to contribute to the healthcare system. They learn Danish, participate actively in society and often work as unskilled workers. But the path to authorization is long and requires an evaluation position, which is not available everywhere and which employers rarely have the resources to offer. We know that it is extremely stressful to both learn Danish at a high level, support yourself and at the same time look for an evaluation position – all under time pressure. It negatively affects language learning and integration when you constantly know that your visa will expire soon. Many live in uncertainty about their future and that of their families.
