Mr. Raza Rumi visits Danish Pakistani Business in CPH. from New York.

The Ambassador H.E. Shoaib Sarwar introduced DPBCouncil’s CEO Tariq Sundoo, that for decades, the Danish Pakistani Business Council has strived and worked to increase the collaboration between the nations of Denmark and Pakistan in various business fields. Tariq Sundoo has worked to reduce the unemployment in Pakistan and convincing Danish medium and small companies to outsource to Pakistan and invest like F.L. Smidth & Novi Nordic A/S, because Pakistan has the most liberal investment policy in East Asia.

Raza (Ahmad) Rumi is a public policy expert, author and an editor. He is Director Park Center for Independent Media, Ithaca College and Visiting Faculty at Cornell Institute for Public Affairs. Raza Rumi is currently the editor of Friday Times and editor-in-chief of online media platform Naya Daur Media. Rumi is the son of Sheikh Riaz Ahmad, who served as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Pakistan during the military rule of General Pervez Musharraf.

Raza & Bashy had an interesting discussion about racism, lack of equality and the future of Muslim Communities in Denmark and Europe. Bashy told Raza that although, we live in peace and prosperity in the west but respect and real accept is very difficult to achieve. Raza also talked about his own experience in USA and could relate to what Bashy told him.
